Pose to Pose: Experiment

For the next part of this brief, I was told to create a 2-5 second animation using the pose to pose method we had just learnt. I also had to keep in the mind the 12 principles of animation and use them accordingly.

Although there are still improvements to be made, particularly in the easing out of the jump as the toy seems to fly (oops), I feel that I did really well with this task. I feel that my strongest aspect of this animation is the anticipation and the jump up until he begins to drop and then the dramatic change of speed when the parachute pops is also, in my very biased opinion, done well.

Overall, I feel that this was a very successful result and I have learnt a lot about my own strengths and weaknesses regarding the 12 principles of animation.
